Laerdal Black & Orange

Named after the famous river of its birth, this is a versatile fly which can be fished in lower flows as a riffled or surface pattern whereas it can also be fished deep in fast flows with equal success. Anglers of ten report that it has been "attacked" as opposed to simply "taken".
